A review of the doublet collection of Otto Blau’s herbarium (SARA)

Sažetak

This paper presents the preliminary results of the review of materials from the doublet collection of Otto Blau’s herbarium, which is part of the Herbarium of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SARA). Analysis of the total number of specimens (2503) provided data on the sites (in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro) where the specimens of various plant groups were collected (Phycophyta– 1, Mycophyta– 5, Lichenophyta– 6, Bryophyta– 14, Pteridophyta – 27 and Spermatophyta– 2450). The collection contains 127 families, 579 genera and 1501 species of Pterydophyta and Spermatophyta. The supreme value of the collection lies in its 6 registered type specimens.
